UNLIMITED RENTAL PLANS:

- At Couch Potato you can rent unlimited DVDs & Blu-Ray for a fixed monthly membership fee depending on the number of DVDs you wish to take @ one time.
- Yes! It's as simple as that: Pay only once per month and watch as many DVDs as you can for free.

- Note that with any of the above plans, you may rent extra DVDs @ 2,500LL each.

- The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and on each monthly renewal thereafter on the same calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your membership; unless and until you cancel, and regardless of how much you use the service.

- You are entitled for only one free delivery order per day. However you can visit our shop as much as you want to benefit from the unlimited offer.

- Please note that we have Free pickups. So if you only need to return your DVDs, we're more than happy to come pick it up for free.

- You may not borrow the same DVD more than once during a period of 15 days. However you will always have the chance to ask for them later as long as you are a member.

REGULAR LIFE MEMBERSHIP:

All you have to do is pay 50,000LL as a refundable security deposit, and then rent up to maximum 3 DVDs at a time for 2,500LL/DVD.

As for Blu-Ray Disks, each is rented out for 2 Days as well, for 2,500LL/Blu-Ray.

A fixed delivery charge of 1,000LL/order will be billed along with any order in case of regular life membership; no matter what the number of DVDs you have ordered.

RENTAL PERIOD and LATE FEES:

You can keep the DVDs with you for 2 days; and will be charged 1,000LL for each extra day you keep the DVD or Blu-Ray past its return due date. 

Lateness fees will be calculated as soon as you return the DVD and will be invoiced to be settled immediately.

Our business is based on making you happy. To avoid charging you late fees, our delivery boys are at your service to pick up the DVDs as soon as you contact us before the 2 days rental period is over.

TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION:

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, without notice, for any reason when we believe that you are in breach of any obligation under these terms, including failure to commit to due dates or to payment of late fees.

You have the right to cancel your membership at anytime with no cancellation fees.

You're not committed to anything except excellent entertainment. Simply enjoy our easy, fast, and affordable service with no commitment.

Couch Potato DVD offers a wide variety of New and Used DVDs for Sale, and a selection of Blu-Ray and PS3.

You can now exchange your PS3 game:

- For a used one & you pay15$

- For a new one & you pay 30$

Used games are also available for sale starting 35$

You can always Rent out the PS3 games for 7500LL (5$) for 7 days

ONLINE ORDERING:

A new service introduced by Couch Potato is online ordering. It is very simple.

First you have to register as a member on this website. You will immediately receive an email to activate your account. Then you will use your username and password to login securely.

After you browse through our DVD collection, you can simply click the Place Order button, and you will be directed to a page where you can select your DVD of choice from a drop down menu.

You can select up to 5 DVD and you can even type in any DVD you would like to watch if you didn't find it in our list, and we will manage to get it for you.

After completing this step, you will have to select alternatives for your DVDs, so that we can get you the alternative in case the first choice was not available at the time of your order.

The final step is to fill out the section related to the DVDs that you have on hand and which you wish to return.

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the final details of your order and its delivery status.
